Community starts with us

Being intentional about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

Cultivating positive mental health begins with building a strong community here at Foresight. The idea of community extends beyond our physical neighborhoods and now, more than ever, is shaped by intentional connections that afford support digitally, virtually and in person. Essential to creating and maintaining these connections is ensuring that Foresight represents our clients—the people we serve. All are welcome here, including and not limited to LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), our veterans—we’re grateful for your service —those with diverse abilities, parents and all others.

Foresight actively invests in education and initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in our workplace. Guiding our day-to-day interactions—both with our colleagues and the people we care for—is our core value, Be inclusive. We strive to represent and embrace people from all backgrounds, and to celebrate their differences. We have a dedicated committee that helps facilitate ongoing conversation and education around DEIB through trainings, resources and community-building events within our organization. Additionally, we’re proud to sponsor one of our own as our DEIB Business Partner. As a BIPOC Latinx clinician, our DEIB Business Partner works to ensure understanding among our cross-functional teams, the people we serve and the communities we touch.

A culture of transformation

At Foresight, we promise a culture that proudly embraces your community. We can’t wait to learn about you and your journey to mental wellness. Whether you come to us for care as a client or you’d like to join our team, we’re excited for you to be part of who we are and what we do.

Our diverse teams create a welcoming space that fosters forward thinking, which positively affects the communities we serve. We’re working every day to transform mental health care: in large part by moving beyond simply accepting diversity to actively incorporating diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in all aspects of our business and the care we provide, and also by tending our own mental health, diversity and inclusive needs as an organization.
