Chicago Personal Growth Institute (CPGI) was welcomed into the Foresight family of nationwide practices in March 2022. Located in the Chicago Loop and established in 2019, CPGI works to support and guide its clients through various therapeutic approaches, including personal growth counseling, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

CPGI welcomes anyone living in the state of Illinois for in-person or online therapy. CPGI offers individual counseling for adults, adolescents and children as well as couples and family therapy. We also offer art therapy and addiction counseling as part of our therapeutic approach.
