As a first-generation Vietnamese/Chinese-American, I grew up in an environment where mental health was often stigmatized, leaving me feeling isolated and unsupported. This experience instilled in me a profound desire to advocate for mental health awareness and provide the kind of guidance and support I once needed but did not have. Being part of a field that allows me to give back and create meaningful change is both a personal mission and a professional passion I am dedicated to pursuing.
My goal is to meet clients where they are, whether they seek validation or wish to explore deeply rooted issues. I understand that therapy can feel intimidating, especially when the journey ahead is uncertain. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.
