My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based techniques, as well as Somatic and Polyvagal based interventions, which I tailor to meet the unique needs of each client. I primarily work in Maternal and Perinatal mental health, mood disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Stress Management and I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.
