My motivation for working with clients stems from a strong belief in everyone’s ability to create fulfilling lives and healthy connections with themselves and others. As a therapist, I’ve gained insight, compassion, and skills to support clients in their journeys toward behavioral health, personal growth, and healing. I tailor my approach to each client, drawing from trauma-informed methods, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic insights, and family systems approaches. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, or distress, my therapy may be beneficial. I focus on client-centered techniques to explore patterns that disrupt daily life, self-care, relationships, and work or school.

Currently, I’m working on resources like guided journals, visualizations, and mindfulness cards to aid individual healing and empowerment. These tools aim to promote deep breathing, positive steps forward, and fostering hope in daily life. As a parent, professional, and trauma survivor, I’m deeply committed to mental well-being and healing. Like many, I’ve learned and grown through life’s experiences, believing in the adage “we grow through what we go through.”
