Walking with someone through their journey of pain, healing, and transformation is one of the greatest honors I am blessed to experience being a mental health professional. I strive to provide my clients with a safe, nurturing space where they feel seen, unconditionally accepted and understood. This allows them to authentically connect with their own path to self-realization.
I am passionate about helping individuals overcome burn out, anxiety, depression, PTSD and interpersonal conflict, so that they can connect more fully with their authentic selves and lead more fulfilling lives. I am also passionate about helping couples overcome barriers to understanding each other in order to reach deeper, more meaningful levels of connection through life’s difficulties. I believe that each individual and/or couple is unique and brings with them their own unique challenges and strengths. We will work together, as a team, addressing the challenges and using the strengths to find the ideal approach to effect meaningful, positive change in your life.
Before becoming a therapist, in every position I’ve held, from being a teacher and translator to working in the tech industry, that I am drawn to people and am able to create meaningful relationships from the connections I make. I am able to see people in their unique life experience and appreciate them for that uniqueness. It is this relationship, between therapist and client, that has been found to be the most beneficial to positive outcomes in therapy. I do my best to create the space my clients need to express their struggle in their own words. I walk through their struggle with them, providing support, tools and techniques to cope and heal. My greatest joy is to see clients come out on the other side of that struggle and find the life they’ve been hoping for for so long. I am often humbled and always honored to be invited on this journey with my clients.
