My name is Marimar Rosa. I am a Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am bilingüal speaking fluently Spanish and English. I have 10 years of experience in a clinical setting. I am very passionate of teaching about Mental Health and treating individuals with empathy in a judgment free zone while providing motivation. There are times in our lives where we find ourselves at some crossroads. Navigating an unusual road, can present us with challenges, and in these moments we would need a unique set of tools. This implies making different decisions about the journey ahead, modifying, and requiring the tools to go through that path. I provide counseling to children, teenagers, adults, and elders. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Adjustment Disorders, ADHD for individuals and family. I utilize different therapeutic approaches (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness Meditation) with a centered focus of improving your self-esteem and be able to manage the stressors as they come.
