I am a PMHNP-BC who completed my education at California State University, Long Beach and obtained training through the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. I specialize in emerging adulthood, people ages 18-30, who are confronting identity exploration, self-focus, possibilities and instability. I’m inspired to help others achieve their goals by employing evidence-based interventions that align with my patient’s values. I strongly believe that equipping my patients with resources and knowledge allows them the agency to direct their life and obtain their dreams. In my practice, I regularly employ motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectal behavior therapy to support and guide my clients. I am considerate of the various backgrounds of my patients and their different stages of life, and work collaboratively with them to achieve the most desired outcome.
