I enjoy helping people and and I find that people are fascinating. I love being involved in people’s stories and growth. Working in this field is very satisfying and rewarding. In therapy, I see myself as someone who comes along side to co-witness their struggles, to hold space for them, and to help them explore the thoughts and emotions that are hampering growth. I utilize Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy in my practice. I enjoy working with those dealing with the aftermath of trauma, those in the first responder/law enforcement communities, those who are or have been justice involved, and those dealing with Borderline and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorders. I also worked in community mental health after completing my Masters degree, which was very enlightening and gave me a lot of important experience.
