I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) working virtually (online) with Foresight clients anywhere in California. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University (Holistic Medicine Specialization). I specialize in helping teens, adults, and older adults cope with anxiety and depression, grief, death and terminal illness. I also help clients recover from divorce and can help care-givers and athletes manage their challenges. I have an eclectic approach to treatment and rely on client-centered, strength-based and mindfulness practices. I have a nurturing, warm presence and embrace a wide-ranging, open philosophy regarding life and its challenges. Coping with jobs, children, school, family or changes in life can be scary and it can be difficult to admit that you need help. Together we can find a path that works and help you understand how to control your anxiety; how to deal with overwhelming feelings of grief and sadness; how to stop making the same mistakes over and over; how to feel more empowered; how to connect with the part of you that used to be strong and happy; how to make decisions about difficult life issues.
