When it comes to therapy, my approach is “honesty is kind, dishonesty is unkind.” I feel that many of our inner struggles come from difficulties with being honest with ourselves and others. My purpose is to encourage positive change and transformation while demonstrating honesty yet respectful communication. Transformation involves taking an honest look at ourselves, and that can be scary. That is ok, we will do it together.
