Thanks for reviewing my profile. I am a healthcare professional with over a decade of clinical experience. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Johns Hopkins and Rush Universities. I hold a doctorate in mental health nursing with board certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and psychotherapist.

I specialize in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy. I take a general harm reduction approach and may at times incorporate elements of Acceptance Commitment and Psychodynamic schools of therapy. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, panic disorder, OCD, and PTSD.

Some communities I like working with are LGBTQIA+, young adults/university students in rigorous academic programs, those experiencing significant life transitions, people living with HIV, and individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders. There is no single treatment that works for everyone.  I take careful consideration to partner with you to build an individualized treatment plan. You and I are on this journey together.
