I am motivated by our diverse communities in California as I strive to provide relevant and salient mental health services to all. I am trained in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am solution focused and center treatment around the patient’s goals. I have worked with women, families, couples, the LGBTQ community, seniors, people with depression, people with anxiety, people with PTSD, and people with family member with severe mental illness. I am currently working on a paper about world building authors and psychoanalytic theory. As I have been licensed about 25 years I have worked in and supervised clinicians at levels of care ranging from outpatient to inpatient. I work with a wide range of diagnoses and presenting challenges.
