Hi! I’m Amanda, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in San Diego. I graduated from the University of San Diego in 2019. Most of my clinical training has been with children, adolescents and their families throughout San Diego County but I also have experience working with people of all ages and from a variety of different cultural backgrounds. My clinical specialties include working with anxiety, grief, trauma and life cycle transitions. I am trained in evidence-based modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT and DBT and work to provide an eclectic and individualized approach to each of my clients.
