I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), remote telehealth provider at Foresight, Berkeley. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. I have over 9 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health issues and disorders. I have worked with individuals of all ages providing individual, couples, family and group therapy. I utilize various theoretical approaches including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, client-centered and family systems, in order to provide therapy tailored to each client’s specific needs. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional and utilize a trauma informed approach when applicable. My specialty areas include working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, life stressors, adjustment issues, relational issues, attachment issues and traumatic stress management. I aim to build a positive, genuine, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship with clients, in order to provide a safe space where a client can begin their journey of self-explorational, healing and self-actualization.
