Yvette Lanausse, LCSW

I am currently based in Sacramento but have lived in Southern California and New York City in the past. I graduated from the University of Southern California, where I received my master’s degree in social work. My experience includes working with older adults, the LGBTQ community, the immigrant community, individuals with chronic medical conditions, and those who struggle with anxiety and depression as well as groups and private clients. I am a medical social worker with over 21 years of experience in the field. Since 2002, have has been supporting and assisting individuals in navigating the complex medical system. As a medical social worker, I understand the connection between mental health and physical health and the important role it plays in overall wellness. I am passionate about helping others and am dedicated to improving the lives of those in my care. My modalities include Mindfulness; Trauma Informed CBT, Solution Focused and Integrative or holistic therapy. I understand that not one modality fits all and I will always partner with the client to come to assist in developing a successful treatment plan.
