I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Culver City. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I have experience working in Community Based and Private Outpatient Mental Health Settings. I have a background in working with adults and older adults assisting them in developing and utilizing the necessary coping skills to build resiliency to manage and thrive during difficult times and life transitions. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, coping skills, stress management, grief and loss, career counseling, self-esteem issues, spirituality, trauma, and adjustment issues. I approach therapy from a client centered perspective focusing on compassion, genuineness, empathy and helping client’s connect with the meaning of their thoughts, feelings and actions. I strive to assist with on helping a person embark on their journey in life that can create opportunities for personal growth. I have experience working with adults and older adults utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solutions focused therapy, positive psychology approaches, and mindfulness practices.
