When human beings experience life stressors and trauma, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My passion is bringing healing to people that come from diverse backgrounds to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. I strive to help my clients to know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I know that no single approach is right for every individual. I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My educational background is a MA in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
