I bring with me 15 years of clinical experience in Clinical therapy, and case management; after which I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2020 in the state of California (#96029). My experience is extensive it includes: working with adults ages 18-70 who is seeking relief from anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other psychosocial and psychological issues. My therapeutic approach is to be non-judgmental, warm and meeting the individual where they are. I try to provide a safe and welcoming environment so you can discuss their struggles and help you work towards your goals. It is important to understand you as a person and help guide you towards finding solutions to your issues and working towards your goals. Furthermore, in sessions I am compassionate, goal oriented, and direct; my therapeutic interventions include talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, person centered therapy, and use mindfulness approaches. I leave the floor open so that you can discuss the issues that most impact your life. To enhance therapeutic alliance, I like to interject humor, when appropriate. I consider it a privilege you allowing me into your life and entrusting me with your innermost thoughts and feelings. Going to therapy isn’t easy and it can be intimidating; so I try to make it as comfortable for you as possible. So lets begin this great work towards self improvement and happiness together!
