Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
LIC NO. 4648

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with Foresight. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the George Washington University in 2012. Since then, I have been working in mental health with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. My focus is creating a safe place to dig into what matters to you most, to break through negative stigma and barriers, to set clear and attainable goals, and to work together on positive and sustainable change. I really value your authentic self and strive to achieve a genuine therapeutic relationship that can help you find greater peace, joy, compassion, and acceptance of yourself that can be reflected in your relationships, overall functioning, self-esteem, and more. I believe in the connection between our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, in the relationship between our minds, bodies, and spirits, in the power of our internal narratives, and in the impact of early attachment hurts on our present sense of self. I look forward to the opportunity to highlight your resiliency, celebrate your strengths, and expand upon the sense of meaning and purpose in your life. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, and more.
