I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight La Jolla. I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and I have experience working in Community Based and School settings. I have a passion for working with people who are going through life transitions and seeking out support for their own personal growth. Some of my specialties include coping skills, parenting issues, self esteem, adjustment and anxiety. I come from an attachment based model and I integrate mindfulness into therapy modalities with a trauma-informed, client centered lens. I enjoy building an empathic connection with clients in order to provide a safe and comfortable place to explore goals, build strengths and cultivate genuine growth.
