I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight. I have experience working in Community-based, and Outpatient mental health settings. I have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families (particularly military families) to help them navigate life’s transitions and develop skills to thrive. I specialize in depression, anxiety, panic, and relationships. I have experience working with young children, teens, and adults utilizing an integrated approach to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and preferences.
