I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Encino/Sherman Oaks. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. I have experience working in Adult Day Care, Group Home, Residential/Intensive Outpatient, and Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital settings. I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults, using creativity, empathy, and care to identify strengths and explore opportunities for personal growth. My specialties include: Depression, Anxiety, Coping Skills, Stress Management, and Self-Esteem. I work from a client-centered perspective utilizing interventions from person-centered, strength-based, mindfulness, and art therapy practices. It is my great joy to support you on your journey!
