I am an experienced Mental Health Clinician that guides clients in gaining greater self-awareness and self-acceptance utilizing compassion and authenticity. I work with individual adults, teens, children and/or families using Holistic, Transpersonal and Somatic approaches. Holistic Psychotherapy is for you if you are looking to learn ways to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or post traumatic stress through the use of mindfulness-based coping skills.
Centered on each individual’s unique needs and preferences, I weave together several different therapeutic approaches and psychological theories. This is done to support clients in developing a greater sense of self, a deeper sense of meaning, and an empowered state of mind. While working collaboratively with clients, I offer multidisciplinary treatment that is completely personalized. Some techniques drawn from include: Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Parts-Work, Expressive-Arts Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and others depending on client objectives. You can expect Holistic Psychotherapy with me to be trauma-sensitive, genuine, and humor infused. I offer a safe space for people to receive unconditional positive regard, validation, and a chance for deeper self-reflection. Working with me can also help you to deconstruct previous beliefs and learned patterns of behavior that currently have a negative impact on your life. I believe that when limiting beliefs and patterns are broken, there is more room for healthy, mindful living.
