I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a candidate for a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective evidence-based modality focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
