I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in Rancho Cordova. I have experience working in Community-Based, Outpatient, Inpatient, Forensics, School, and Justice-Involved Mental Health Settings. I have a passion for client centered therapy and working with people to help them discover their innate truths. I believe the journey to greater mental health is a worthy process. Everyone’s path is different, and yet we are all on the same journey. I strive to de stigmatize the issues of mental health, invite open, genuine conversations, and help clients connect their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors toward living their most authentic life.
