In my practice I work compassionately to build a relationship where struggles and vulnerabilities can safely come to the surface so that both acceptance and change are more likely. I feel passionate about helping people manage their stress, emotional challenges, transitions, and relationships. I draw from a combination of treatment modalities always emphasizing self-care and healthy boundaries.
