I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been working in the field of behavioral health for 5+ years. I graduated with my Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University’s accredited program. In the past I have worked with children and families, and more recently the young adult/adult population at outpatient rehabilitation. I specialize in co-occurring disorders with substance abuse, trauma, and depression/anxiety with an evidence-based approach using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness therapies. I believe in a Holistic approach to treatment, and meeting my clients where they are at. I focus on tailoring my clients to their needs, and collaboration as the importance of my work. My passions include immigration/acculturation issues, women’s issues, and sports psychology. I am here for my clients, and strives to build a positive therapeutic relationship with them through what can be a challenging and confusing process.
