I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight in California. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from California State University, Northridge. I help support clients who are looking to work through issues such as anxiety, grief, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and attachment trauma. I work from an Attachment-based perspective, and collaborate with my clients to explore and transform old patterns that are hindering their growth. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and focused on helping to heal emotional wounds.
