Jenna Bach Baxter, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
LIC NO. 103874

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience providing therapy in community-based, outpatient, and school settings. I’m dedicated to supporting children, adolescents and young adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and other social-emotional or life challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has a unique way of being in the world, that we all experience suffering, and that each of us has the innate capacity for insight, growth, and healing. I consider myself a guide and a facilitator in this process, creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space as I walk alongside you on your journey. I utilize a humanistic and existential approach, incorporating mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and a holistic approach to wellness. Expressive arts, play, somatic methods, and humor are often an integral part of my sessions. I am so glad you are here, and I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path to growth and overall wellbeing.
