I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults struggling with a variety of difficulties stemming from day to day life, including anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and developmental disorders. I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ population and various other cultural backgrounds. I have been doing therapy for over 12 years and typically take a CBT approach to therapy that is collaborative and tailored to meet the needs of my clients on an individual basis.
