My name is Gail. As a Filipino American, born and raised in Southern California, I grew up in a highly diverse community and have worked with people of various backgrounds. I have valuable experience working with children, teens, and adults, to help them find their strengths, support, and empower them through their mental health healing journey with compassion and respect. My experience ranges from working with adults, children, teens, and families in residential and outpatient settings, treating a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, grief, bipolar disorder, relationship conflicts, family conflict, self-esteem, parenting, and coping skills. I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Cal State University, Los Angeles and my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from University of Southern California in 2002, and received my License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in 2008. My modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Coping Skills Training, and Anger Management.
