As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Mother, Spouse and retired U.S. Naval Officer, I understand the trials and tribulations of life in the best and worst circumstances. As a PROUD parent of two great children, a College Student and Special Olympics Athlete and a High School Dynamo I HONOR neurodiverse populations! Through a combination of medication management and supportive psychotherapy as a PARTNER with YOU and your hard work, my job is to help you or your family member achieve all the successes you strive for and the BEST quality of LIFE possible. I specialize in anxiety, adhd, depression, adjustment to life circumstances, autism, as well as first responders.
