I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I will partner with you to explore new solutions to ongoing problems, provide warm, safe, non-judgmental support for emotional relief and offer practical skills to repair and improve your relationships. My expertise is using strength-based positive psychology along with evidence-based practices. I am fluent in art therapy, role-play, guided imagery and somatic approaches. In my private practice, I have helped couples, stepfamilies and individuals of all ages, learning styles, sexual orientations and cultural backgrounds. I have been an adjunct faculty member and clinical supervisor in the masters Department of Counseling at Sonoma State University, California Institute of Integral Studies and the College of Marin.
