I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, specializing in medication management and psychotherapy to optimize mental health. I provide holistic, evidenced based, and culturally sensitive care to children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of expertise include trauma, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, substance use and other common and complex mental health diagnoses. I have a certification in telepsychiatry and I offer video services to clients.
