I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from California State University, Northridge. I have over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in several areas of treatment, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, child/adolescent treatment, anger/stress management, school stress and trauma work. My professional experience includes working with children/adolescents, families and young adults in school-based and community-based mental health settings. Areas of specialty include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and child/adolescent therapy. I will work with clients to help them work towards meeting and achieving their goals during treatment.
