I try to challenge myself to keep learning and to enjoy the process by setting goals, avoiding catastrophizing, to enjoy every breath. I have been honored to work with a wide variety of people in many varied settings. This has included working in hospitals, schools, military settings, refugee camps and community mental health centers. Together we can move forward to have more fulfilling and joyous days. I feel honored and delighted to do this work
