I seek to help members through the challenges of trauma, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, addiction and more. I have 10 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of clientele, including substance dependent population, those exiting the justice system and hospitalization, those on the Autism spectrum and others, from adolescents to retirees. I utilize an individualized, client-centered, and strength-based approach that combines modalities to fit the specific member. I highly prioritize client-autonomy, allowing the member to determine who they want to be and the life they want to live, while maintaining an authentic and genuine presence in the therapeutic relationship.
