I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I’ve been in the mental health field since 2015, primarily working with high-risk adolescents within the substance use population. I utilize practices and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. I am highly strength-based and use collaboration with members to reach their goals. I love to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. Most of my clinical training has been with children, adolescents, and their families throughout San Diego County. I have experience working in Community-Based Outpatient Settings. I prioritize being as genuine as possible and creating an authentic, safe space for people to be themselves and work through thoughts and feelings.
