• Therapy Professional Certification Program offering up to $600 per year for full-time therapists
• Monthly paid Consultation Groups led by experienced clinicians, offering the opportunity to connect, share, and evolve your skills.

 As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:

• Deliver therapy, manage your schedule, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).
• Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families).
  • This is a Full-time hybrid role, with an expectation to see clients in our Decatur, GA office 2-3 days/week.
• Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients. 
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.

What Foresight Offers:

• Competitive Compensation Package:
• $41.00 per hour
• Full-time clinicians will average between 26 and 35 clients seen per week

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking therapists who are truly passionate about delivering individual, family, and couples therapy, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field.

The right candidate must:

• Be an active, independent Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Hold permanent GA residence 
• Not have opted out from Medicare
• Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus!
