At Foresight, the Client Coordinator is responsible for directly matching clients for therapy services via phone, email and request form. You will drive the client experience from inquiry, client service setup, completion of necessary documentation, and handoff to scheduled clinician prior to the first appointment. You’ll play a critical role in the success of the operations team and supports the intake team’s contributions to company growth goals.
This position has a remote schedule of 10a-7p MST Monday through Friday from your home office.
As a Client Coordinator, you will:
- Directly support new clients in scheduling their first appointment through the phone, email and request form
- Verifying insurance benefits during the intake process
- Ensuring co-pay amounts are selected at time of intake
- Creating portal accounts
- Assisting in answering phone calls
- Working collaboratively with the Practice Management and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure proper utilization and schedule management
- Strategic scheduling for new services when requested by the psychiatry team
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong computer skills
- Associate Degree preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Intake experience strongly preferred
- Medical office and HIPAA experience preferred
