California Foresighters have the opportunity to work virtually, in one of our many CA offices, or a hybrid of both.

We’re seeking mental health care providers with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We seek therapists who are truly passionate about delivering individual, family, and couples therapy, and psychiatric providers who want to partner with colleagues and clients to create relationships and improve the quality of and access to care.

We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field. At Foresight, we prioritize education and career development for our providers, through CME and CE programs, licensure and certification reimbursement programs, and consultation groups.
